At last, Windows 10 is all set for its debut

Initially there were issues regarding audio in Windows 10 trial release.  Sound was missing and so was mic contact to voice assistant Cortana of Microsoft.  Even after trying multiple times the issue could not be resolved.  Many users of the preview build were experiencing the same hiccup.  These issues got disappeared in new releases and now sound is working fine with Cortana.  These test versions are beta softwares and are expected to have problems which is ingredient of the development process.  These testing versions have helped Windows 10 to become stable and more reliable operating system over time.

Since last year Microsoft has been working with Windows 10 to improve it as much as possible before its launch this year.  The firm has released different versions for technical preview asking the testing people for their feedback for the new release.  Analyzing recent test preview, all sound perfect and in much better shape.

The million dollar question now is that will Windows 10 pass the test when it gets in use?  Microsoft really desires the latest operating software version to be popular.  The windows 8 version was not much popular with the users due to many issues and dropped the sales overall.  The software giant is also targeting the phone market and pushing the new release as a single software for mobile devices and personal computers in an attempt to attract smartphone users.

For testers its quite encouraging to look at things improving and shaping up as the launch time gets closer.  The initial builds definitely required improvement as they looked as many features of Windows 7 and 8 were crammed in like in the start menu but the recent builds were much better specially the start menu looking right and much easy and speedy to navigate.

Other than the audio issues there were also multiple other problems that needed to be resolved.  It even showed error message when turning off the software.  Different apps were slow to respond but overtime all of these issues have been resolved and they are much faster now.  Microsoft is also trying to make sure that the new operating system is fully compatible with previous versions of Windows 7 and 8 and also claimed that many users have reserved the raise.  The firm is now focused on bug fixing and improvement rather than adding more apps.  For the time being all new builds have been halted as the company prepares itself for the mega launch.  Currently the company wants the testers to focus themselves on the upgrade process and any more builds will be through Windows updates as the company moves on for the public release.

The next phase is to release Windows 10 to tablet and PC manufacturers to allow them time to install and test the new release.  The checking will continue even after launching the product.  The OS will come in different phases.  The first one to get it will be testers and then the computer and tablet manufacturers while others have to wait for some time.  After the manufacturers the new product will be available for Windows 7 and 8 customers who have reserved it.  The company is prepared for listening and learning from the experience and keep on updating the OS for great user experience.

Even after the launch the testing will continue.  People who are part of the process will keep on testing the latest builds as Microsoft continues to fix the problems.  The software company requires quick response time to make the new product a success.
